About me

I’m Frankie G, a Bristol based personal trainer. My passion is weight training and most people would describe me as chatty and someone who doesn’t sit still.

Like many people, I’ve faced my own challenges when it comes to mental health and body image. Exercise became a powerful tool for me in helping me with so much more than just aesthetics.

I pride myself on living a balanced life, I love socialising and eating cake or having a cheeky burger from time to time but I also love cooking real food, that fuels me and helps me meet my goals.

I love introducing people into the weightlifting world and teaching people that they can have a healthy relationship with food without cutting their favourite foods out.

I know that starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming.

I provide bespoke training plans that promote both physical and mental well-being.

I will guide you on how to adapt your diet so you can make healthier, sustainable food choices.
