These sessions are planned carefully to make the most out of any equipment you have .
Perfect if you lead a busy life , whether you’re a parent, working flat out or just feel more comfortable in your own space.
Small group courses (3 person minimum - 5 maximum)
If you’re looking to workout with friends, this short course is the perfect way to get started. By committing to a block of structured sessions, you will develop and build on new skills each week. Classes are great fun and less intimidating especially if you’re new to fitness.
‘Build-a-booty’
Looking to target the booty only ? This class is for you. An intense peach workout, using a mixture of weights and resistance bands.
£75 for 5 week course ( 5 x 45 minute)
‘Learn to lift’
A beginners weight lifting class - teaching you how to safely lift weights. For people looking to build confidence lifting.
£75 for 5 week course ( 5 x 45 minute) .
