1 to 1 training sessions will provide you with a bespoke workout or training program which will focus on your specific goals.

These sessions are planned carefully to make the most out of any equipment you have .

Perfect if you lead a busy life , whether you’re a parent, working flat out or just feel more comfortable in your own space.

Short courses

‘Build-a-booty’

Looking to target the booty only ? This class is for you. An intense peach workout, using a mixture of weights and resistance bands. Classes have maximum of 5 people, a perfect way to take part in exercise if you’re on a budget , want to meet new people or want to exercise without feeling intimidated by big busy gyms.

£55 for 6 week course ( 45 minute session on a Friday)

Next ‘Build a Booty ‘course starts Friday 10th May 11.30am or 12.30pm

‘Learn to lift’

- A beginners weight lifting class for people looking to build confidence lifting weights.

Max 4 people in class, £50 for 5 week course

Next course - Saturday May 25th @8.30 am

All course must be booked and paid for in advance.
