About me
I’m Frankie G, a Bristol based personal trainer. I like staying active and have a real passion for weight training . Most people would describe me as energetic, caring and driven.
Like many people, I’ve faced my own challenges when it comes to mental health and body image. Exercise became a powerful tool for me in helping me with so much more than just aesthetics.
I pride myself on living a balanced life, I love socialising and eating cake or having a cheeky burger from time to time but I also love cooking real food, that fuels me and helps me meet my goals.
I love introducing people into the weightlifting world and teaching people that they can have a healthy relationship with food without cutting their favourite foods out.
I know that starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming.
