My journey

Like many people I’ve faced my own challenges when it comes to mental health and body image, but finding fitness has really helped through the tough times.

I took comfort in weightlifting and it became a powerful tool for me, helping me with so much more than just aesthetics. It ALWAYS helps me regulate my emotions and manage my stress levels.

I started learning about nutrition so that i could make healthier food choices and learn how to eat intuitively, without having to obsess about weighing myself or restricting my favourite foods. I am a big lover of food.

I live a balanced life, I love socialising and eating a slice of cake or a cheeky burger from time to time but I also love cooking real food that fuels me and helps me reach my goals.

Private studio and gym

My fitness studio is based at my home in Hillfields,  Bristol.  It is my sanctuary, set away from the hustle and bustle of life,  a place for clients to come and escape daily stresses and just take a moment to focus on themselves .

The studio is kitted out with a full size squat rack, bench, pylo box, bosu ball, a range a barbells and weights.

I qualified as personal trainer so I can share my knowledge and passion with others. I LOVE introducing people into fitness and the weightlifting world, I truly believe it will change your life.
